Business is tough. Really tough. Often, I ask myself why it’s so incredibly challenging.

A million problems. Every single day.

While you're building one thing, others are falling apart.

I had, for example, invested six months and thousands of euros into some guy – only to find out that it would all be in vain. Countless conversations, consultations, even weekend getaways, all to prepare him. And this person was supposed to take over a foreign market as a manager. Then they changed their mind. And we were back at zero.

Or the malfunctioning air conditioning. We had installed a new one in one of the offices before summer. It broke down the very next day. Then came the scorching hot days. It was unbearably hot. And now, for a month, I’ve been trying to get it fixed. Even technicians came to inspect it, but despite ten calls and mails, nothing has moved. They always say there’s a long waiting period for repairs – yes, it will take a month and a half. But in the meantime, the space is unbearable due to the summer heat.

And a whole bunch of other problems. The list goes on and on.

For instance, despite having excellent ads, they don’t perform well in foreign markets. No one reacts to them on Facebook and Instagram. People aren’t buying. What can we do? What’s wrong?

Yes, there are many more humane paths in life.

But I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
